Job summary

XRHealth in Needham, MA is hiring a Patient Enrollment Specialist to convert patient leads into active DME and Product customers. You will drive enrollments, guide patients through Medicare verification, and close sign-ups in a fast-paced, in-person setting.

The role demands 2+ years in healthcare enrollment, a strong track record in lead conversion, and comfort with insurance processes. Full-time, five-day in-person schedule with weekend availability in our Needham office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in DME sales, healthcare sales, patient enrollment, or patient access.
• Proven ability to convert leads and close enrollments.
• Strong knowledge of insurance and Medicare processes.
• Comfortable in a phone-heavy, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Must work full-time in-person at Needham, MA office.
• 5-day schedule with weekend availability, including Saturday and/or Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and referred DME/product leads into enrollments.
• Make high-volume outbound calls to drive sign-ups.
• Explain XRHealth’s DME products, eligibility, and enrollment steps.
• Overcome objections related to insurance or technology use.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, focusing on Medicare.
• Log all activity, lead status, and outcomes in the CRM (HubSpot).
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
• Collaborate with DME and Products teams to remove blockers.
