Job summary

Iridium Communications Inc. seeks a Product Manager to own key parts of the Partner Experience on a global network. You will drive features and capabilities for partners, shaping the Iridium journey from evaluation to growth, including AI-enabled platform work.

You’ll guide cross-functional teams, translate market needs into specs, and lead product strategy to execution in a complex technical domain. Hybrid work with 3 days in-office per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years total experience, with 1-3 years in Product Management, Technology, or Sales/Sales Engineering.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical thinker with ability to decide and execute.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Define new products, services, and applications based on customer needs and market demand.
• Develop business cases, market requirements, and product specifications for executives and roadmaps.
• Translate marketing requirements into technical implementation with engineering teams.
• Lead projects from development through beta, through commercialization.
• Create technical, user, and marketing documentation for data products and services.
• Support sales with technical materials, demos, and training.
• Ensure readiness across teams for planned product launches.
