Responsibilities

• Develop market requirements and product specifications for products and their related services, including network, gateway, or billing/provisioning systems.
• Partner with engineering and IT teams to translate marketing requirements into technical implementation.
• Develop and manage the project plan with Program Managers and lead the product through development, beta trials, and commercialization.
• Create technical, user, and marketing documentation for internal and external use for related data products and services.
• Support sales teams via technical presentations, sales training material, white papers, demonstrations, and other customer engagements.
• Assist the sales and marketing product readiness teams ensuring that all organizations are prepared to launch products and services on the plan of record launch date.

Base Pay Range: $95,000 - $125,000 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors. This range represents an estimate at the time of posting. Base salary is part of the compensation package, which may include stock, annual bonus, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and other perks.

Iridium is seeking a product manager to own product responsibility for key parts of our Partner Experience. Partners worldwide build market offers based on the Iridium network, products, services, and management capabilities. This role delivers features and functionality to empower Iridium partners and supports all phases of the Partner journey: evaluation, product development, deployment, operations, and growth. The product manager will contribute to creating AI-enabled platform capabilities to help partners build winning market offers. The role shapes how customers connect, integrate, and innovate on the Iridium network. • Be able to travel up to 25%

Work Environment

This position primarily works in an office setting and involves computer-based work. In-person collaboration is valued, with a hybrid work policy requiring approximately 60% in-office presence (about three days per week).
