Job summary

This role leads cross-functional teams and drives execution from concept to market, shaping how customers connect and innovate on the Iridium network.

You will build strong business cases, define requirements, and partner with engineering to translate market needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years total experience.
• 2-5 years in Product Management, Technology, or Sales/Sales Engineering.
• 1+ years in engineering development with hardware, firmware, or RF.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy with line-of-business leaders and identify high-value ideas.
• Create business cases, market requirements, and roadmaps for products and services.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical implementations with engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional execution from development to commercialization.
• Develop product plans including pricing, partnerships, and market share goals.
