About the Team

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)’s mission is to reduce extended enterprise risk across the organization. Within TPRM Strategy and Governance, the Technology Strategy team owns the ServiceNow TPRM module, which enables the org's third-party risk management lifecycle - from onboarding through ongoing monitoring and governance.

As a TPRM Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how TPRM technology capabilities evolve, support enterprise transformation priorities, and deliver meaningful improvements in how the org manages third-party risk.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, OKRs, and backlog for the ServiceNow TPRM module
• Translate business strategy into prioritized product outcomes within the TPRM domain
• Prioritize enhancements, defects, technical improvements, and BAU work in partnership with IT delivery teams
• Drive day-to-day product decisions across the TPRM module and its integrations with other enterprise systems
• Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Technology, Procurement, Legal, and others to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions
• Develop a deep understanding of user pain points and use data, feedback, and operational metrics to improve product experience
• Define and monitor success metrics, adoption, and outcomes to ensure delivered capabilities achieve intended value
• Identify opportunities to leverage workflow automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and modern ServiceNow features to improve efficiency and user experience
• Support change management efforts to drive adoption of new capabilities
• Champion Agile product management practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience owning enterprise products
• Strong Agile product management experience with ability to translate strategy into execution
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management or related domains is a plus
• Experience supporting organizational change and driving adoption of technology capabilities
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and prioritization
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑first mindset
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to influence across a complex enterprise
• Outstanding communication skills with experience engaging both technical teams and senior stakeholders
