• Translate business strategy into prioritized product outcomes for the ServiceNow TPRM module.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and prioritization across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, OKRs, and backlog for the ServiceNow TPRM module
• Translate business strategy into prioritized product outcomes within the TPRM domain
• Prioritize enhancements, defects, technical improvements, and BAU work with IT delivery teams
• Drive day-to-day product decisions across the TPRM module and its integrations
• Partner with Risk, Technology, Procurement, Legal, and others to deliver impactful solutions
• Define and monitor success metrics, adoption, and outcomes
• Identify opportunities to leverage workflow automation and AI-enabled features
• Support change management to drive adoption of new capabilities
• Champion Agile product management practices and continuous improvement
