Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead OMS capabilities across the end-to-end order lifecycle. You will own strategies from discovery to launch, coordinating with engineering, operations, and external partners to deliver scalable, customer-centric commerce solutions.

Hybrid role based in Dearborn, MI with onsite four or more days/week; relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates. 86,600–166,200 USD salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required with 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience creating roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; ability to influence across teams.
• Experience with Agile product development and complex digital/enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap initiatives.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements.
• Drive order management capabilities across order orchestration, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and customer notifications.
