Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in product/PM or software engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience owning industrial applications blending business, manufacturing, and tech.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk with Agile/Lean practices.
• Drive OKRs/KPIs through data analysis and UX optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own a product family through ideation to sunset, with roadmaps and epics.
• Translate vision into a prioritized backlog for the development team.
• Lead end-to-end project management: timelines, budget, risks, and blockers.
• Manage Agile tooling (JIRA) and facilitate sprint ceremonies.
• Track project health and communicate status to leadership.
• Balance business viability, user desirability, and technical feasibility.
