Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead Order Management System capabilities, owning end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch. You will work with engineering, operations, and external partners to deliver scalable, customer-centric order orchestration, inventory visibility, returns, and payment workflows.

This hybrid role is based in Dearborn, MI, with on-site requirements and relocation support for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience with roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations.
• Experience with Agile product development and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap initiatives.
• Align priorities with customer needs and business objectives.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and partners to deliver capabilities.
• Drive enhancements across order management, inventory, fulfillment, and customer communications.
• Lead stakeholder discussions and report delivery progress to leadership.
