About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to keep our product and development work organized and moving. You'll work with our customers, our customer success team, and our engineers. You'll turn requests into clear, prioritized work and make sure what ships is documented and understood.
Think of this role as part project manager, part product owner, part technical writer. Our customer success team brings in requests and bug reports from customers. You own what happens next: triage, prioritization, specs, follow-through, and the documentation once it ships. When an idea needs testing before it goes to engineering, you'll build a working prototype with AI tools and show it to the people who asked for it.
We expect you to be AI-native. You use AI tools every day to do more work, and better work: drafting specs, summarizing feedback, organizing the request board, writing help articles, and building prototypes. You also know where AI output falls short. Everything you hand to an engineer, a customer, or a teammate is something you've read, checked, and would put your name on. One clear, accurate spec is worth more to us than five long generated ones.
This role is a fit for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with technology, and quick to learn new tools. Day to day, you might clean up the request board in the morning, prototype a new screen with AI in the afternoon, and update three help articles after a release.
Key Responsibilities
Development Team Organization
- Own the engineering request board in Notion. Triage new cards, ask follow-up questions, set priority, and keep every card's status current.
- Respond to requests from customer success and the rest of the team, and tell the requester when the work ships.
- Run planning and check-ins with the development team, and track progress against priorities.
- Write clear specs with user stories and acceptance criteria so engineers know what to build and how to tell when it's done.
- Keep releases, open issues, and product decisions documented in one place.
- Test new features before release and report issues with steps to reproduce, environment details, and customer impact.
Using AI Tools
- Use AI tools across every part of this role (triage, specs, research, analysis, and documentation) to get more done without lowering quality.
- Build clickable prototypes and working mockups with AI tools such as Claude Code or Codex to explore ideas before development starts.
- Turn customer feedback and support tickets into prototypes that leadership and customers can react to.
- Review and edit everything AI helps you produce before it goes out. Specs, articles, and release notes should be accurate, short, and in plain language.
Help Center and Documentation
- Own the help center. Keep articles current as features change, and write new articles for new features.
- Work with customer success to turn their configuration guides, troubleshooting notes, and FAQs into published articles.
- Maintain internal product documentation: how features work, settings, known issues, and workarounds.
- Write release notes for customers and the internal team.
Customer and Team Feedback
- Learn how adult day centers run, including attendance, care plans, assessments, billing, and state reporting, and how centers use Seniorverse for each.
- Spot patterns across tickets and requests, judge how widely a request applies across customers, and bring it to leadership with a recommendation.
- Join customer calls when needed to understand a request firsthand.
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years in product management, project management, product operations, or a similar role at a software company
- Highly organized, with a track record of keeping many moving pieces on track without dropping details
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software. You don't need to be an engineer, but you can follow a technical conversation, read a bug report, and ask the right questions.
- AI-native: you use AI tools daily for real work and can show something you've built with them
- Strong editorial judgment: you can tell when AI output is accurate, clear, and useful, and you cut or rewrite what isn't
- Experience writing specs, user stories, or bug reports that engineers can act on without a follow-up meeting
- Clear, concise writer for both technical and non-technical readers
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with a distributed team
Preferred
- Experience with Notion, Jira, Linear, or similar request and project tracking tools
- Experience writing or maintaining a help center or knowledge base
- Background in healthcare, senior care, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with HIPAA or SOC 2
- Startup or early-stage company experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Work Environment
- Remote (U.S.-based), full-time
- Reports to the Chief Technology Officer
- Works with support tickets and records that can contain Protected Health Information (PHI); HIPAA training required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary of $85,000 – $115,000, based on experience
- Health Reimbursement (QSEHRA):
- Up to $500/month (individual)
- Up to $750/month (family)
- PTO: Flexible, non-accrual policy (20–25 days/year encouraged)
- Work from home

- Work directly with engineering, customer success, and leadership
- Use AI tools as a core part of the job, not a side experiment
- Own the request process and the knowledge base, and shape how they work as we grow
- Join a small, fast-moving startup where customers use what you build within weeks
