Job summary

XTB online investing is seeking a Product Manager to own the Conversion Check team and drive post-registration client verification and onboarding journeys. You will define the vision, set KPIs, and collaborate with legal, risk, marketing, and engineering to deliver compliant, customer-centric product launches.

You will leverage data, funnel metrics, and AI-assisted tools to optimize processes, reduce drop-offs, and automate manual steps while maintaining security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience leading onboarding or KYC products within a regulated environment.
• Solid understanding of AML directives and the EU AI Act to guide compliant product decisions, with awareness of jurisdictional variations.
• Strong data analysis skills and funnel metrics to identify drop-offs and automation opportunities.
• Openness to using AI-based tools in daily product work.
• Familiarity with SaaS and mobile/web application design trends.
• Experience defining business requirements and driving PRD with engineering and design.
• High level of autonomy and a self-starter attitude.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional, agile teams.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product by defining vision and KPIs aligned with goals.
• Prioritize research-driven decisions to improve onboarding and verification flows.
• Operationalize the vision into concrete tasks for engineering and design.
• Coordinate with legal, risk, marketing, and tech teams to support launches.
• Partner with Engineering Team Lead and drive execution with metrics and data.
• Justify decisions with numbers and minimize guesswork.
