Job summary

XTB is building a global investment platform and is seeking a Product Manager to own the Conversion Check onboarding and verification flow. You will work with engineering (backend, mobile, Salesforce, AI/Data) and KYC specialists to scale automation, reduce friction, and ensure compliant customer journeys.

You will define the product vision, measure success with funnel metrics, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful improvements while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience leading onboarding or KYC products in regulated environments.
• Strong data analysis skills focusing on funnel metrics to identify drop-offs and automate manual steps.
• Familiarity with AML directives and EU AI Act to guide compliant product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product for post-registration client verification and onboarding journeys.
• Define vision, KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, legal, risk, marketing, and design to deliver new features.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements to speed, accuracy, and compliance of the verification experience.
• Partner with Engineering Team Lead to translate product vision into concrete tasks.

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Conversion Check team. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of post-registration client verification and onboarding journeys. Working alongside a cross-functional engineering team (backend, mobile, Salesforce, and AI/Data) as well as operational KYC specialists, your primary focus will be scaling automation, reducing friction, and leveraging AI to build a fast, compliant verification experience.

Who is a Product Manager at XTB?

• You are responsible for shaping the product: defining the future vision and selecting KPIs that align with the area and company goals.
• The client is your top priority - you validate your intuition through research and monitor customer satisfaction.
• You operationalize the product vision: you translate the vision into concrete steps and tasks for the development team.
• You manage collaboration with stakeholders such as the legal department, risk department, marketing, and technical departments supporting product development: you coordinate actions to ensure a successful product launch.
• You partner with the Engineering Team Lead.
• You navigate the world of metrics smoothly, justify your decisions using numbers and facts, and avoid guesswork ("I think" or "it seems to me").

Requirements

• Proven product management experience leading onboarding or KYC products within a regulated environment.
• Solid understanding of AML directives and the EU AI Act to guide compliant product decisions, with an awareness of how KYC regulations vary across jurisdictions.
• Strong data analysis skills and an analytical mindset toward product building - specifically using funnel metrics to identify drop-offs, pinpoint manual verification steps ripe for automation, and prioritize optimizations.
• Openness to and practical experience in using AI-based tools in a Product Manager’s daily work.
• Familiarity with emerging technology trends, SaaS, and mobile/web application design.
• Experience defining business requirements, creating Product Requirements Documentation (PRD), and driving execution alongside engineering and design.
• High level of autonomy and a self-starter attitude.
• Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional, agile teams.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
