Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to present data and conclusions clearly.
• Experience with milestone/phase gate processes.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Drive new products and manage quality issues, promos.
• Develop POS materials and perform competitive pricing analysis.
• Forecast pricing, margins, and budget for product lines.
• Lead cross-functional teams and support customer meetings.
• Validate CTQs, testing, and claims with end users.
• Provide product training to stakeholders.
