The role leads cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative tools and grow market share from Towson, MD with remote flexibility. The candidate will partner with international teams to expand growth, manage VOC feedback, and ensure products meet CTQ requirements while optimizing profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience with consumer/industrial tools is a plus.
• Ability to travel 15% domestically/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develops global product strategies for construction hand tools.
• Leads NPD and product roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Partners with engineering, operations, marketing and sales to deliver profitable products.
• Manages P&L and track financial performance monthly.
