Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop pricing and go-to-market plans, forecast, and measure KPI performance while collaborating with manufacturing, sales, and engineering. This role requires 3+ years in product management and a background in power tools or durable consumer products.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• 2+ years of go-to-market strategy experience.
• Experience with Power Tools, consumer products, or other durable goods.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Drive product portfolios including Wire Cutting and Cable Stripping.
• Develop pricing, margins, collateral, and POS strategies.
• Forecast monthly product line activity with tactical plans.
• Track trends and end-user insights to inform launches.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, sales, quality, and engineering.
