Stanley Black & Decker in Towson, MD is seeking a Director of Product Management for Hand Tools. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week and leads a cross-functional PM team to align product strategy with business goals across DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, and other brands.

You will drive product vision, translate feedback into a roadmap, and partner with Sales, Brand, and Operations to deliver impactful solutions while delivering growth and customer value.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in a trades-based industry.
• 5+ years of go-to-market execution for driving core and new product categories.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• 6+ years of leadership with direct reports, including hiring and developing senior managers.
• Experience with tools and user applications to develop solutions for user pain points.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex enterprise problems.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of time.
• Role not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN).
