Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Group Product Manager for Construction Hand Tools within the DEWALT brand. You will manage global P&L, drive growth, and lead cross-functional teams through the NPD process to deliver compelling tools and categories.

Responsibilities include developing product roadmaps, collaborating with retailers and internal partners, and ensuring product meeting customer and business needs while aligning to brand strategy.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA plus.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in consumer products.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience working with retailers or large customers.
• Experience in a matrixed/global company.
• 15% travel requirement.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develops category product strategies to meet company goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams through New Product Development (NPD) process.
• Manage global P&L and working capital turns for DEWALT hand tools.
• Create and execute product roadmaps and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales.
