Job summary

Police Digital Service is seeking a Product Manager for senior leadership of enterprise technology services, including Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace and End User Compute. You will align product roadmaps with policy, governance and customer needs, working with internal teams, suppliers and policing stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose services.

The role focuses on strategy, backlogs and delivery across multiple departments, with emphasis on governance, security and value delivery.

Qualifications

Significant experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for enterprise technology services.
Strong understanding of M365, Modern Workplace, End User Compute (EUC) and related capabilities.
Experience managing products/services across multiple customer groups with governance and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and roadmaps for Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, EUC and related enterprise apps.
Oversee multi-customer M365 tenant provisioning with governance and security.
Lead continuous improvement of collaboration, productivity and device-related services within the M365 ecosystem.
Manage enterprise business systems such as HR, Finance and travel management solutions.
Own backlog and delivery plans, balancing risk, capacity and dependencies.
Ensure governance, security and compliance across shared tenant and enterprise services.
Oversee suppliers, contracts, licensing and cost management.
