Job summary

Delphi Consulting seeks a Sr Consultant – Project Manager to lead enterprise transformations focused on Microsoft technologies including 365 migrations, Security & Compliance, Active Directory modernization, and M&A integration. The role requires strong governance, Agile delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience in enterprise IT, cloud, or consulting environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related
• Master’s degree is an advantage but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Modern Workplace projects from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and align with standards.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage migration programs involving Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID.
• Coordinate migration planning, discovery, pilot, cutover, and hyper-care support.
• Drive Agile delivery practices across project teams and track metrics.
• Communicate project status and risks clearly to customers and leadership.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across locations and disciplines.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to project team members.
