Job summary

Quindar in Washington, DC seeks a Product Manager to own Mission Planning across Plan and Portal products, translating objectives into executable plans and coordinating between mission teams, payload operators, and stakeholders.

You will drive the product lifecycle from discovery to iteration, collaborating with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams while diving into scheduling logic, constraints, and system architecture with user empathy at the center.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in aerospace or complex technical SaaS.
• Proven ability to own roadmaps and deliver features end-to-end.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and long-term vision for Mission Planning across Plan and Portal products.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to turn problems into scalable product capabilities.
• Develop user empathy by researching operators and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale planning workflows.
• Evolve planning and scheduling capabilities for broader mission architectures.
• Define multi-party workflows and manage permissions and status updates.
• Define metrics to measure planning effectiveness and iterate based on feedback.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across teams and leadership.
