Job summary

Quindar is seeking a technically minded Product Manager to lead the evolution of Mission Planning across Plan and Portal products. You will own how missions translate operational objectives into executable plans, coordinating with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ship features that improve scheduling and automation.

You’ll partner with operators and stakeholders to define roadmaps, gather insights from users, and balance constraints with usability, all while advancing planning

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in aerospace, schedule optimization, autonomous vehicle operations, or complex technical SaaS products.
• Proven ability to own product roadmaps and deliver complex features end-to-end.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance required.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex user workflows and translate them into intuitive product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision: Own the roadmap and long-term vision for Mission Planning across Plan and Portal products.
• Execution: Work with engineering and design to turn problems into scalable capabilities and tradeoffs between needs and product health.
• User Understanding: Develop deep empathy for mission operators and other users through research and feedback.
• Automation & Scale: Move customers toward automated, constraint-aware workflows as fleets grow.
• Planning & Scheduling: Evolve how operators plan spacecraft activities and other mission tasks.
• Multi-Party Mission Operations: Define workflows coordinating operators, customers, and stakeholders with proper permissions.
• Metrics & Iteration: Define measures of planning effectiveness and use data to improve the product.
