Job summary

Quindar Inc. is seeking a technically minded Product Manager to lead Mission Planning across Plan and Portal. You will translate operational objectives into executable plans, coordinating spacecraft activities and stakeholder requests.

You will own the product lifecycle from discovery to iteration, collaborating with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams while applying scheduling logic to enable customers as fleets scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in aerospace or technical SaaS.
• Proven ability to own roadmaps and deliver end-to-end features.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision: Own the roadmap and long-term vision for Mission Planning across Plan and Portal. Define requirements, user stories, success metrics, priorities.
• Execution: Work with engineering and design to turn problems into scalable product capabilities and tradeoffs.
• User Understanding: Develop deep empathy for mission operators and other users through research and feedback.
• Automation & Scale: Move customers toward automated and constraint-aware workflows as fleets scale.
• Planning & Scheduling: Evolve how operators plan activities with operational constraints and resources.
• Multi-Party Mission Operations: Define workflows for coordination among operators, customers, and stakeholders.
• Metrics & Iteration: Define measures of planning effectiveness and use data to improve the product.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Be the go-to expert and align across teams and leadership.
