Job summary

Quindar is seeking a technically minded Product Manager for Mission Planning to evolve our Plan and Portal products. You will own how missions translate operational objectives into executable plans, from scheduling spacecraft activities to coordinating requests among teams.

You’ll lead the product lifecycle with engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams, diving into scheduling logic, constraints, and workflows to deliver clear, usable experiences across growing spacecraft fleets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in aerospace, schedule optimization, autonomous vehicle operations, or complex technical SaaS products.
• Proven ability to own product roadmaps and deliver complex features end-to-end.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance required.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex user workflows into intuitive product experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-functional leadership, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in geospatial, computer science, aerospace, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and long-term vision for Mission Planning across Quindar’s Plan and Portal products.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to turn operational problems into scalable product capabilities.
• Develop deep empathy for mission operators, payload operators, mission planners, and other users through research and feedback.
• Identify opportunities to move customers toward automated and constraint-aware workflows.
• Evolve planning and scheduling capabilities considering constraints, resources, dependencies, priorities, and changing conditions.
• Define workflows for multi-party mission operations to coordinate among stakeholders.
• Define and track measures of planning effectiveness and iterate based on data and user feedback.
• Serve as the go-to expert on mission planning workflows and competitive landscape.
