Job summary

Quindar is seeking a technically minded Product Manager to lead the evolution of Mission Planning across Plan and Portal products. You will own how missions translate objectives into executable plans, from scheduling spacecraft activities to coordinating requests between mission teams and operators.

You’ll work with engineering, design and customer-facing teams, diving into scheduling logic and workflows while keeping user empathy at the center of your decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in aerospace, schedule optimization, autonomous vehicle operations, or complex technical SaaS products.
• Proven ability to own product roadmaps and deliver complex features end-to-end.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance required.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex user workflows and translate them into intuitive product experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-functional leadership, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and long-term vision for Mission Planning across Plan and Portal products, defining requirements and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to turn operational problems into scalable product capabilities; tradeoffs between customer needs, usability, and product health.
• Develop deep empathy for operators by conducting research and synthesizing feedback from customer-facing teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate planning and scale capabilities from single spacecraft to large fleets.
• Define workflows that enable coordination among operators, payload operators, customers, and stakeholders while maintaining permissions.
