Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the MDES product portfolio, its purpose, design patterns and constraints.
• Apply localization archetypes to assess market requirements and identify gaps.
• Partner with MDES product owners to define localization approaches that support strategy.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance and regulatory teams to address market needs.
• Work with product, tech and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable capabilities.
• Communicate capabilities and limitations of base and localized MDES services to stakeholders.
• Create internal docs capturing market requirements, decisions, priorities and needs.
• Lead delivery with cross-functional teams to ensure timely localization.
