Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Product Manager to oversee a portfolio of MDES initiatives and partner programs, driving digital and tokenization strategies.

The role requires strong program management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement to align roadmaps and deliverables. You will own epics and features, manage bi-weekly reviews, and ensure alignment with global teams.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering and business teams.
• Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner across product, engineering, and business teams to align strategy and drive execution.
• Lead prioritization and governance across Digital Core and MDES roadmaps.
• Manage program reviews, roadmap updates, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate investments, resources, and delivery commitments with stakeholders.
• Engage UK leadership and key stakeholders to align MDES and digital roadmaps.
• Own and enhance product and program documentation (Confluence, knowledge bases).
• Collaborate to evolve the One Operating Model and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify process/tooling improvements with Mastercard tooling teams (e.g., Aha!, Jira).
• Serve as subject matter expert for Digital and MDES roadmaps and epics.
• Manage program ceremonies and deliverables.
