Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management for Tokenized Deposits to lead strategy, development, and commercialization of tokenized deposit capabilities across institutions and networks.

You will translate emerging digital-asset technologies into secure, scalable products, partnering with engineering, legal, risk, and regional teams to pilot, launch, and scale. The role requires strong market sense and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in digital assets, payments, or banking infrastructure.
• Experience owning products from concept through scale and commercialization.
• Strong understanding of crypto, tokenization, wallets, custody, and tokenized money.
• Engineering background or ability to work with engineers on APIs and distributed ledgers.
• Knowledge of bank money, payment execution, clearing and settlement, liquidity and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Tokenized Deposits.
• Lead product development through issuance enablement, transfer, programmability, interoperability, and settlement.
• Develop capabilities enabling tokenized deposits across financial institutions and blockchain networks.
• Translate complex requirements into product specs, architecture decisions, priorities, and commercialization plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, risk, and regional teams to move capabilities from concept to pilot and scale.
• Engage customers and ecosystem partners to identify use cases and drive adoption.
• Define operating models, governance, integration approaches, and implementation guidance.
