Job summary

Match Group is hiring a Product Manager to own HER's product execution and contribute to the roadmap with senior leadership. You will run the day-to-day sprint cadence, shape features, and partner with Design, Data, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver high-quality user experiences.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and bring deep understanding of queer communities to inform product direction and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer apps or subscription products.
• Experience running agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retros) and driving execution.
• Ability to make prioritization calls backed by data.
• Clear communication across Design, Engineering, Data, CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own product/engineering sprint cadence: standups, planning, backlog grooming, retros.
• Translate roadmap priorities into clear tickets and specs, shaping the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Design, Data/Analytics, Engineering, and CRM to ship high-quality experiences.
• Use product analytics to inform prioritization and measure impact of shipped work.
