Toast, Inc. is seeking a high-ownership Product Leader for the Kitchen Display System (KDS) on the Kitchen Operations team. You will shape enterprise and SMB product strategy, align AI roadmap with kitchen workflows, and translate complex requirements into scalable decisions that impact hundreds of thousands of kitchen workers.

This role blends restaurant operations, hardware-software product, and applied AI, offering visibility and impact across Toast's growth. Hybrid work in the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience defining and owning product strategy for an operationally critical product.
• Creative and strategic: identify next meaningful bets and drive them from concept to conviction.
• Curiosity and a point of view on AI and agentic product opportunities in operational environments.
• Track record of working directly with enterprise customers translating high-stakes workflows into scalable decisions.
• Strong SMB operator insights and ability to design for customers with limited resources.
• Executive presence to drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive KDS product strategy and AI roadmap with impact on ARR, support tickets, and enterprise retention.
• Define where agentic AI adds real value in the kitchen and justify high-leverage bets.
• Own KDS delivery end-to-end with large restaurant groups translating complex requirements into scalable product decisions.
• Lead the kitchen data strategy and sequence investments to unlock enterprise insights and SMB reporting.
• Shape and validate the business case for next-generation KDS strategy and future growth.
