Lab37 Robotics in Los Angeles is seeking a product leader to own the KitchenOS toolkit from discovery through rollout, coordinating R&D, Brand Managers and Kitchen Operators to align on a unified roadmap.

You will translate operator feedback into practical features, prototype with AI tools, and drive cross-functional delivery from recipes to inventory workflows, ensuring reliable launches and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in product management owning B2B or operational products end to end.
• Experience building tools for frontline teams (kitchen, warehouse, field, or retail).
• Familiarity with AI-powered prototyping and MVP development.

Responsibilities

• Own the operator-facing product roadmap: define and prioritize KitchenOS tools for brand managers and kitchen teams.
• Make brand and menu launches effortless: build workflows turning new concepts into launch-ready experiences.
• Simplify daily kitchen operations: translate complex prep, receiving and inventory processes into clear workflows.
• Turn intelligence into useful action: translate forecasts and signals into trusted tools.
• Build quality into everyday execution: ensure recipes and quality checks are accessible at work.
• Keep the KitchenOS roadmap moving: coordinate milestones and dependencies.
• Lead delivery and rollout: write requirements, test in real kitchens and own launch readiness.
• Drive cross-functional decisions: align culinary, operations, engineering and data science around measurable outcomes.
