Job summary

The Mill Adventure seeks a Product Manager - Compliance to ensure the TMA platform aligns with iGaming regulations across markets. You will translate complex legal requirements into clear product deliverables and drive regulation-led initiatives across jurisdictions.

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communications, and support market launches with compliance readiness and ongoing updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in regulated iGaming markets.
• Experience with B2B platforms or B2C operators.
• Strong technical understanding.
• Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with key gaming jurisdictions (Netherlands, Ontario, Sweden) or similar.
• A lean, focused company with flexible working environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise backlog for core platform and compliance-driven features.
• Translate regulatory requirements into product and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to scope, document, and prioritise changes.
• Drive regulation-led initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support improvements to core platform features.
• Communicate regulatory and product updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in new market launch projects, ensuring compliance readiness from discovery to go-live.
• Continuously monitor and update existing markets based on regulatory updates.
