Job summary

GamblingCareers.com is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into technical direction, and drive end-to-end digital solutions in an iGaming context.

You will collaborate with remote teams, engage executives, and shape technology strategy while leveraging experience in e-Commerce, CRM, and analytics to improve product performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Technical Product Manager, System Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Experience with web and mobile products, platforms and patterns.
• Knowledge of documentation methods and technologies (Visio, UML, object modeling).
• Experience in e-Commerce, CRM, web analytics assets.
• Strong software build principles and patterns.
• Knowledge of security technologies and concepts.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic judgment.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define, analyze, and document client requirements through regular meetings.
• Translate requirements into technical build direction using specs and UML.
• Collaborate with remote product and development teams across the SDLC.
• Lead end-to-end digital solutions aligned with business goals.
• Engage with executives and cross-department partners across the organization.
• Research industry trends and develop technology recommendations for customers.
• Analyze competitive information to optimize product performance.
