Qualifications

- 5+ years in technical product management or related delivery role.
- Experience leading SaaS/platform product work and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Set product direction for insurance technology platforms based on business goals and user feedback.
- Prioritize backlog and guide delivery with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, support, and operations to ensure quality execution.
- Communicate priorities and risks to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leverage AI to optimize delivery and explore AI innovations in applications.
