Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management, Product Development, Underwriting, or related insurance experience.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate data and identify trends.
• Proven ability to collaborate with underwriting, operations, technology, actuarial, legal, compliance, and distribution partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of product and underwriting strategy.
• Assist in design, development, and implementation of new products, coverage enhancements, and endorsements.
• Support product filings and coordinate with legal, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, emerging risks, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Leverage portfolio performance, production, and market data to support recommendations and initiatives.
• Develop underwriting training materials and product documentation.
• Participate in product governance initiatives and QA reviews.
• Partner with underwriting, product management, operations, and technology teams to improve agent portal functionality and user experience.
• Communicate product changes and market insights across the organization.
• Minimum travel of 10%.
