Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management/administration, Mathematics, Finance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science or Economics.
• Minimum 5+ years of Product Management, Product Development, Underwriting, or related insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of product and underwriting strategy.
• Assist in design, development, and implementation of new products, coverage enhancements, and endorsement solutions.
• Support product filings and coordinate with legal, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders to facilitate timely implementation of product changes.
• Monitor market trends, emerging risks, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for product enhancement and portfolio growth.
• Leverage portfolio performance, production, and market data to support product recommendations and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain underwriting training materials and product documentation.
• Participate in product governance initiatives, including QA reviews and underwriting authority enhancements.
• Partner with underwriting, product management, operations, and technology to improve agent portal functionality and user experience.
• Communicate product changes, market insights, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Minimum 10% travel required.

• Demonstrated ability to support the development, enhancement, and management of insurance products and coverage solutions.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with underwriting, operations, technology, actuarial, legal, compliance, and distribution partners to deliver an exceptional product experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
