Job summary

OPW is seeking a Product Manager onsite in Elon, NC (with potential locations in Allentown, PA or Ball Ground, GA) to translate customer needs into innovative product roadmaps and bring products to market.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage P&L, and shape pricing, launches, and lifecycle decisions, collaborating with sales, R&D, manufacturing, and finance across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering or business required.
• MBA or graduate degree in related field a plus.
• Five years progressively responsible product management experience.
• Excellent communication across sales, marketing, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, legal and finance.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, mainly domestic.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into prioritized innovation roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional NPD core teams and ensure market requirements are met.
• Develop business cases and pricing strategies for new products.
• Manage product life cycle and SKU rationalization.
• Maintain pricing, promotions, and service levels for OPW CES portfolio.
