Job summary

OPW is seeking a Product Manager to drive the CES product vision from market needs to launch. You will manage P&L, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and lead NPD initiatives to grow the portfolio across diverse markets. Travel up to 30% may be required and you will report to the Director of Product Management.

The role demands strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to translate customer insights into concrete product features, pricing, and go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering or business.
• MBA or graduate degree is a plus.
• Five years progressively responsible product management experience.
• Ability to translate market, customer and application requirements into product design characteristics.
• Experience in cryogenic and industrial gas markets.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com and Adobe products.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L including strategic planning, annual strategy deployment and budget.
• Lead New Product Development (NPD) core teams and ensure adherence to market and product requirements.
• Gather and voice customer and business perspectives on NPD and present at Product Planning Group meetings.
• Develop business cases for NPD and drive market requirements into product definitions.
• Develop pricing strategies and support marketing plans, product launches and communications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance to align product lifecycle goals.
