Job summary

OPW, a Dover company, is seeking a Plant Manager for the Ball Ground, GA site to lead manufacturing, production, and operations for the CES Engineering to Order business. This role reports to the Director of Operations and will own site performance, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.

Responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations, driving continuous improvement, partnering with Product Management, Engineering and Supply Chain, and ensuring compliance with EHS standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial management or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive manufacturing/ops leadership experience in ETO/MTO environments.
• Strong ERP/MRP and data-driven decision-making experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Ball Ground manufacturing operations including production, sourcing, materials, warehousing, planning, scheduling and logistics for CES projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost targets; drive Lean/OpEx initiatives on the shop floor.
• Coach and develop talent; foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and engagement.
