The role requires 5+ years of product management experience, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 30% domestically and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering or business required.
• MBA or graduate degree is a plus.
• Five years progressively responsible product management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce.com and Adobe product knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage databases and ERP systems (Infor XA) familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage financial performance of product lines across all market segments, including bookings and gross profitability results.
• Lead market discussions at Product Planning Group (PPG) meetings to assess risk and tradeoffs.
• Develop business cases for NPD by defining market requirements and product definitions.
• Execute Product Life Cycle Management and SKU rationalization and obsolescence processes.
• Manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
