Fiction Express Education ищет проджект‑менеджера продукта с опытом внедрения AI‑фич для образовательной платформы. Ваша работа будет включать поиск возможностей применения генеративного ИИ, управление road map и сотрудничество с техническими командами для быстрого выпуска прототипов и MVP.

Требуется опыт работы с цифровыми продуктами, SaaS и знание AI‑инструментов; ценится работа в EdTech, а также умение превращать идеи в практические решения с реальным эффектом.

Qualifications

• 3–5 лет опыта в Product Management, предпочтительно в цифровых продуктах/SaaS/технологической среде.
• Практический опыт разработки или запуска функций на базе искусственного интеллекта.
• Знание эко-системы AI: генеративный ИИ, агенты, RAG‑системы.
• Умение экспериментировать с инструментами AI и API, быстрого прототипирования.
• Опыт работы с техническими командами и трансформацией бизнес‑потребностей в фичи.
• Бизнес‑ориентиованность, результативность, автономия и гибкость в работе.

Responsibilities

• Идентифицировать возможности применения генеративного ИИ и других технологий в платформе.
• Управлять развитием продукта, проводить исследования рынка и трендов.
• Определять и приоритизировать новые функции по влиянию на пользователя и бизнес.
• Разрабатывать прототипы, PoCs и MVPs для проверки решений и запуска ИИ‑фич.
• Работать с командами Технологий, Данных и Издательства для преобразования идей в решения.
• Определять KPI, анализировать данные и пользовательский отклик для улучшений.

Identify opportunities to apply generative AI and other intelligent technologies to our platform. Manage and evolve the standard product, carrying out market research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Keep up to date with advances in LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, and new tools, evaluating their application to the business. Define and prioritize new features according to their impact on users, business value, and technical feasibility. Drive the rapid development of prototypes, proofs of concept (PoCs), and MVPs to validate solutions. Lead the launch and evolution of AI features, from the initial idea through to production. Work closely with the Technology, Data, and Editorial teams to turn opportunities into functional solutions. Translate business needs into clear requirements and facilitate their technical implementation. Explore and test AI tools, models, and APIs to accelerate the development of new features. Coordinate priorities and deliveries to ensure agile and efficient execution. Define KPIs to evaluate the adoption, quality, and impact of the features developed. Analyze data and user feedback to identify improvements and new opportunities. Ensure, together with the teams involved, the responsible use of AI, especially regarding privacy, security, and the suitability of content for minors.

Требования

• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with digital products, SaaS, or in technology environments.
• Hands-on experience developing or launching features based on artificial intelligence.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the AI ecosystem, including generative AI, LLMs, intelligent agents, and RAG systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or equivalents.
• Ability to experiment with AI tools, APIs, and rapid prototyping solutions.
• Experience working with technical teams and transforming business needs into product features.
• Business acumen, results orientation, autonomy, and the ability to execute with agility.
• We are not necessarily looking for an engineering profile or someone who programs AI models.
• We are looking for a product person who understands the possibilities of new technologies, knows how to experiment with them, and can quickly turn them into solutions with real impact.

• Experience working with generative AI features, intelligent agents, or conversational experiences;
• Experience with rapid prototyping and no-code/low-code tools;
• Experience with international products or B2B SaaS;
• Interest in education, reading, and new learning methodologies;
• Knowledge of Catalan and English
