Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Вести программу как продукт: видение, дорожная карта, ключевые метрики и модель единичной экономики онлайн‑магистратуры по AI.
• Определять приоритеты разработки, преобразуя инсайты студентов и рынка в практические планы.
• Оптимизировать студенческий опыт от подачи заявки до выпуска.
• Определять требования к обучению: расписание, смешанный формат, проекты и стандарты контроля качества.
• Проводить исследование рынка и общаться с университетскими партнёрами и партнёрами по набору.
• Разрабатывать позиционирование продукта совместно с маркетингом и продажами; подготавливать брифы и FAQ.
• Служить точкой контакта для коллег из университетских руководств иAdmissions, вести синхронизации и решения по проблемам.

Job description

Описание: TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. We've been doing it for over five years, teaching complete beginners - people with no prior tech background - through cohort-based programs built on our own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, and we serve a large, active student base across both regions.

Задачи:

• Own the program as a product. Set the vision, roadmap, key metrics, and unit economics model for the online MS in Applied AI.
• Prioritize what to build. Turn student, market, and partner insights into clear priorities, and decide what ships first.
• Own the student experience. Shape the journey from application and onboarding to graduation, and fix friction points using student feedback and data.
• Set learning experience requirements. Define class schedule, live and self-paced mix, project formats, and review turnaround standards with the curriculum and operations teams.
• Run product research. Interview hiring managers and students, and analyze competing online Master’s degrees, AI bootcamps, and certificates.
• Shape the value proposition. Define and test positioning with marketing and sales, and equip them with briefs, FAQs, and answers to student objections.
• Manage the university partnership. Be the main contact for the college’s leadership, faculty, and admissions; run syncs, negotiate, and resolve issues early.

Требования:

• 4+ years in product management, including 2+ in EdTech, online education, or B2C subscription.
• You work with funnels and unit economics, build financial models, and decide from data.
• You’ve built value propositions with marketing and sales and driven shared decisions with external partners.
• Native or near-native English.
• You write clearly, present with confidence, and negotiate comfortably with US partners.

• Background in product marketing or launching education products
• Enough grounding in the AI and ML landscape, ideally hands-on, to discuss the program credibly with faculty and students
