Job summary

IDT Corporation is seeking a Product Owner to lead an internal infrastructure initiative and later drive AI-powered features for our customer-facing B2B products. Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management or product ownership, with 2+ years on AI/ML powered products.
• Background in B2B SaaS, preferably in communications, contact centers, or enterprise software.
• Experience working closely with engineering on platform, infrastructure, or internal tooling.
• Track record of delivering product or feature from scratch.
• Hands-on experience measuring AI quality and tracking AI agent error rates.

Responsibilities

• Own the product side of an internal infrastructure initiative, translating business and engineering needs into clear requirements and milestones.
• Run sprint planning and prioritization with engineering, acting as the single source of truth for scope, status, and risks.
• Prepare for weekly technical leadership syncs with progress, blockers, and decisions.
• Define DoD and ensure teams meet delivery timelines.
• Identify opportunities to bring AI into products and drive from zero to launch.
• Define and measure AI feature quality metrics and error rates.
• Translate AI capabilities into clear customer-facing value propositions for sales.
• Define success metrics for shipped features focusing on adoption, conversion, retention.
• Engage stakeholders across the company to surface problems and propose execution plans.
• Improve product-engineering collaboration, processes, and visibility.
• Present product strategy and status updates to leadership.

We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our product team at a pivotal moment. You’ll start by owning a strategic internal infrastructure initiative, working hand-in-hand with engineering on the platform that powers our communications products. As that initiative matures, you’ll move on to bringing AI-powered features into our customer-facing B2B / B2B2C products.

• Run sprint planning and prioritization with engineering, and be the go-to source of truth on scope, status, and risks
• Come to weekly technical leadership syncs fully prepared to report on progress, blockers, and decisions
• Establish clear Definitions of Done and hold teams accountable to delivery timelines
• Identify opportunities to bring AI into our products, define scope, and drive delivery from zero to launch
• Define quality metrics for AI features, including evaluation and error-rate measurement for AI agents
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, customer-facing value propositions the sales team can lead with
• Define key success metrics for every shipped feature, focusing on adoption, conversion, and retention
• Proactively connect with stakeholders across the company, uncover problems, and come back with proposed solutions and an execution plan
• Follow up relentlessly across teams so nothing falls through the cracks
• Improve how product and engineering work together: tools, processes, and visibility
• Present product strategy and status updates to leadership

Требования:

• 4+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with at least 2 years focused on AI or ML-powered products
• Background in B2B SaaS, ideally within communications, contact centers, or enterprise software
• Experience working closely with engineering on platform, infrastructure, or internal tooling products
• A track record of building a product or feature from scratch
• Hands-on experience measuring AI quality, such as running evaluations and tracking AI agent error rates
• Strong technical fluency: you don’t need to write code, but you must understand APIs, LLMs, and system integrations well enough to make smart scoping decisions
• Demonstrated ability to define scope, write clear requirements, and hold teams accountable to delivery
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Fluent English and confidence presenting to leadership
• Ability to work with overlap in European time zones
