Collaborate with engineering teams across the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
Define self-serve capabilities, including AI-assisted triage and resolution suggestions, to reduce contact center volume.
Design proactive and reactive notification capabilities to keep partners and travelers informed with minimal manual intervention.
Define escalation paths, ownership boundaries, and service-level expectations across partners and teams.
Track success metrics such as self-serve adoption, resolution time, and partner satisfaction.
