Job summary

Expedia Group in Chicago seeks a Product Manager III to own post-booking lifecycle capabilities, including modifications, cancellations, refunds, relocations, and disruption notifications. You will translate partner needs into scalable product and API requirements, prioritizing cost, feasibility, and impact.

Join a team focused on API-driven servicing, partner self-serve tooling, and reducing manual intervention, across commercial, operations, and engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, platform, marketplace, or travel technology products.
Strong experience with API or platform products; understand RESTful APIs and integration workflows.
Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and clear requirements; iterative delivery with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the product roadmap for post-booking servicing capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering across the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
Define and track success metrics like self-serve adoption and servicing cost per booking.
