Job summary

Amphenol Network Solutions seeks a Product Manager to own and advocate a product line, driving profitability and the development of new products through market feedback and collaboration with market managers, sales and customers.

You will partner with engineering, marketing, and operations to define release requirements, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management, delivering clear value propositions across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of product management experience.
• Exposure to, or experience in, the telecommunications industry is preferred.
• Soft skills a must - strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Must be tech savvy and able to read and understand product drawings.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to be continually proactive.

Responsibilities

• Owns and advocates the product line and drives profitability and new product development.
• Defines product release requirements with engineering and go-to-market strategies with marketing.
• Serves as internal and external champion for the product offering with sales, channels and customers.
• Mentor other product managers and specialists on best practices.
• Communicates a compelling value proposition for each product.
• Manages cradle-to-grave product lifecycle and pricing strategies to optimize margins and ROI.
• Leads cross-functional efforts including S&OP, demand planning, and lead times.
