Responsibilities

• Own and maintain centralized NPD project tracking tools, ensuring visibility into timelines and cross-functional responsibilities.
• Document and track Market Definition and VOC meetings, including actions and owners.
• Develop Product Concept Slides to support customer engagement during Alpha and Beta phases.
• Support development and rollout of training materials for Sales and Applications teams.
• Lead initial commercialization and adoption of new products with Sales and Applications.
• Engage directly with target customers to present new product concepts and drive early design wins.
• Participate in customer visits, on-site support, and technical discussions for product introduction.
• Support trade shows, customer demos, and marketing events to gather market feedback.
• Travel up to ~30% to support launches and cross-functional initiatives.
