Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to unify and scale its agentic AI platform, ground the shared foundation, and launch initial capabilities. You will write specs, collaborate with engineering, and bring back learnings from real usage to shape the roadmap.

You will work with platform and engineering leadership to turn vision into shipped work, and gather evidence from teams using the platform to drive improvements and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of product management experience, ideally including platform or infrastructure products.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts (tool use, retrieval/RAG, multi-agent orchestration).
• Ability to write clear product requirements and prioritize a backlog.
• Fluency to work with engineering on APIs and platform architecture.
• Builder's instinct: prototype and demonstrate what you mean.
• Experience with internal-facing product or internal platform work.
• Comfort with ambiguity and escalating when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the shared platform backlog across intelligence and knowledge services, the developer platform, and the agent fleet.
• Write clear product requirements and specs translating business use cases into actionable work.
• Partner with Engineering/Architecture on platform structure and feasibility.
• Support governance of agent build, review, and release processes.
• Ship curated workflows, skills, and reference patterns with onboarding docs.
• Operate with a builder mindset, prototype what you request, drive adoption.
• Gather feedback and usage signals to inform the roadmap.
• Build instrumentation and reporting for platform KPIs and usage metrics.
