Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks a Product Manager to unify and scale its agentic AI platform, launching first capabilities and consolidating core functions across intelligence, developer tools, and the agent fleet.

You will own the platform backlog, write specs, work with engineering leadership, and drive adoption with teams by turning learning into shipped work, governance, and onboarding docs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience or equivalent combination.
• 5-8 years of product management experience, ideally including platform or infrastructure work.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and hands-on fluency building.
• Ability to write clear product requirements and prioritize a backlog.
• Technical fluency to work with engineering on APIs and platform architecture.
• Builder mindset: prototype what you ask for and show what you mean.
• Experience with internal-facing product or platform work and ambiguity.
• Comfort in escalating when requirements are unclear.

Responsibilities

• Own the shared platform backlog across intelligence, developer platform, and agent fleet.
• Write clear product requirements translating business use cases into executable work.
• Partner daily with Engineering/Architecture on platform structure and trade-offs.
• Support governance for agent build, review, release, data access, and protections.
• Ship curated workflows, skills, and reference patterns; provide onboarding docs.
• Operate with a builder mindset; prototype requests and drive adoption.
• Close the loop by gathering feedback and turning signals into backlog items.
• Build instrumentation and reporting for platform KPIs and developer experience.
