Job summary

Waymark is seeking its first Product Marketing Manager to build the function from the ground up, shaping how we position our AI technology and data science innovations for health plans and health systems.

You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing and collaborate with BD, Product, Research/Clinical, and Partner Success to craft positioning, competitive strategies, and sales enablement materials that don’t exist today.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, including building the function from scratch.
• Experience bringing technical or data science products to market with enterprise buyers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to distill complex concepts into clear narratives.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and builds processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own our product positioning framework and messaging across the AI product portfolio.
• Build the tech differentiation narrative and competitive positioning.
• Lead go-to-market planning for product launches with measurable success criteria.
• Own scientific communications: translate peer-reviewed findings into market-facing content.
• Build and maintain a robust sales enablement library to support enterprise opportunities.
