Job summary

Ownwell seeks a Product Manager to drive AI-enabled product improvements from day one. You will understand customers, design experiments, and develop judgment while owning key metrics. You will work daily with PMs, engineers, and operations to deliver best-in-class experiences for homeowners and investors nationwide.

The role emphasizes an AI-native workflow, customer introspection, and end-to-end experimentation, with a strong collaboration across teams and clear weekly updates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a product, operations, analytics, or startup role.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with customers.
• Evidence of an AI-native working style: show AI-leveraged output and verification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned metrics and diagnose, experiment, and report weekly.
• Manage the customer feedback loop with direct conversations and care-ticket analysis.
• Run end-to-end experiments: hypothesis, instrumentation, launch, readout and next steps.
• Learn operations by partnering with ops, tax consultants, and care teams.
• Communicate cross-functionally; surface issues early and provide concise weekly updates.
• Use AI daily for specs, data pulls, analysis, surveys, and dashboards, with rigorous verification.
